NorSap AS, formerly known as AS Sørlandets Aluminiumprodukter (SAP) is a manufacturing company that specializes in fabrication of aluminium products for a wide variety of environments. NorSap was established in 1969 as a one-man company. Over the years we've developed and strengthened our expertise and skill-sets within aluminum machining and manufacturing.

Today we are one of Scandinavia's leading producers of boating equipment and NorSap products are supplied worldwide with representatives and NorSap Agents in more than 20 Countries.

With an array of modern tooling machines and a large, well-equipped facility, we are flexible and able to adapt quickly to specific demands. NorSap makes use of the latest 3D modelling software and in-house engineers and designers to focus on effective, flexible solutions to tough problems. One of our greatest strengths is being able to service a demanding market with customer specific, made-to-order products. NorSap actively participates with its customers, from supplying prototype sketches to fine-tuning the final solutions for customer approval and production.

NorSap's principal products are table & seat columns and other equipment for the pleasure boat market as well as a line of helmsman and other complete chairs for virtually any environment or industry (See our NorSap product line of helmsman and deck rails). NorSap helmsman and operator chairs are in use today on-board fishing vessels, supply ships, passenger ferries, cruise ships, offshore rigs, navy vessels and even submarines.

We produce aluminium jalousie doors and screens and other doors suitable for warehouses or electrical transformer / power stations, and we also provide various parts for the electronics and other industries.

Whatever the end market, we aim to provide rugged but stylish products specifically designed to suit the environments our customers operate in, whether it's an offshore platform, a pleasure-boat, or a navy submarine.
